ISO/TC 127 earth moving machinery technical committee 2018 annual meeting was held in China for the first time

     From October 21st to October 27th, 2018, the ISO/TC 127 earthmoving Machinery technical committee 2018 annual meeting and its subcommittee (SC1~SC4), sponsored by the state standardization administration committee (SAC) and co-organized by the national technical committee for earthmoving Machinery of standardization (SAC/TC 334) and Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co.,Ltd., was held in liuzhou, Guangxi. More than 70 delegates from 14 countries including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, the republic of Korea, Italy, Germany, Australia, France, India, Brazil, Sweden, Finland and Switzerland attended the meeting.

This session is the first time that ISO/TC 127 earthmoving machinery international standard organization has held its annual conference in China since its establishment 50 years ago. Sun Xuliang national standardization management committee, deputy director of the China machinery industry federation yoga hu Ming director, tianjin market and quality supervision and administration commission Zhang Yonglai director, xiamen technical quality supervision bureau cheng-lin zhang director, director of the earth moving machinery standardization technical committee Zheng Shanglong members and the main members of the committee of the Chinese delegation was invited to the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Charles Crowell, chairman of ISO/TC 127. The general assembly heard a briefing on the work of ISO/TC 127 and its four sub-technical committees, SC 1~SC 4, since the last annual meeting.

Formal member of the Chinese delegation members with P (ISO) as the ISO/TC 127 meeting and SC 1 ~ 4 SC, and in the meeting formally submitted the earth moving machinery fork installed international standard project proposal report and the establishment of ISO/TC 127 / SC 5 "points of sustainable development technology committee" proposal report, such as two bill, got the high attention and support from the delegates. This proposal has created favorable conditions for China to continue to promote the follow-up work. At the same time, we have had extensive exchanges and discussions with representatives of various countries on standardization of earthmoving machinery, standardization organizations and working methods.

In the Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co.,Ltd. This year marks the 60th anniversary of liugong. As one of the leaders in the global earthmoving machinery industry, liugong has always adhered to the path of international development, attached importance to and actively participated in and held various international technical exchange activities, and played an active role in assisting the international standardization of earthmoving machinery.

Zheng shanglong, chairman of the national technical committee on earthmoving machinery of standardization administration of China, pointed out in his closing speech that he hoped to build a communication platform, share experience, deepen friendship, form consensus and reach cooperation with the help of this annual meeting, and wished greater achievements in the standardization of earthmoving machinery worldwide. Mr. Charles Crowell, chairman of ISO/TC 127, expressed his appreciation for the successful holding of the annual conference in China. He not only appreciated the meticulous organization and arrangement of the conference organizers, but also highlighted China's progress and achievements in the standardization of international earthmoving machinery.

　The ISO/TC 127 successfully held in China, is the substantial earthwork machinery industry in China to participate in the activities of the international standardization of another milestone, not only further enhance China's industry enterprise's ability to participate in international standardization work, and promoted in China in the ISO/TC 127 voice in the international organization for standardization, help China to the world standard.
